Shipping:
Available shipping options are viewable in your Shopping Cart or by clicking the "Estimate Shipping" link in your Shopping Cart.
Product shipping options are based on the product quantity, weight and per item.
Damaged items in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper. If your order is damaged, contact the shipper for reporting any claims and proper filing procedures.
Event Ticket shipping is based on a per order basis. Tickets are shipped insured with delivery signature confirmation. Please be ready to present proper identification if requested by the shipper. All missing or damaged claims are between you and the shipper, please contact the shipper for more information and filing procedures.
Event Tickets are shipped independently of other ordered products. See Ticket listing and/or event category info for shipping details.
Event Tickets may also be picked up at The event Will Call window or at the Texas Musicians Museum during regular business hours - see our hours listed at TexasMusiciansMuseum.com or call us at 254-580-9780 for more information. When picking up tickets please have your name, order number and valid identification ready to present.
Returns:
All returns require a Return Authorization Number and are subject to inspection for authorization before a refund is issued. Please contact us before shipping any item(s) back to us. All returns received without a Return Authorization Number are subject to rejection. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return credits are for product(s) price at time of purchase only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 30 days. Please allow 60 days for refund credit to be issued.
Event Ticket Returns:
Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are only given if the event is cancelled prior to the event date and not rescheduled. No exchanges or cash refunds given for any reason. Texas Musicians Museum does not issue refunds for tickets claimed to be not
delivered/not received; or for tickets reported lost, stolen, damaged or
destroyed.
Exchanges:
All item exchanges require a Return Authorization Number and subject to inspection before approval. Please contact us before shipping any item(s) back to us. Exchanges are processed within 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
