Planning an event, party, reunion, wedding, Christmas party or corporate function?
The Texas Musicians Museum offers a variety of space sizes to accommodate any party, large or small. Full catering service is available with beer, wine and mixed drinks. The 2016 calendar still has some prime dates available, but they are going quickly so make your reservations today!
Front Lobby……holds 100 – 125
Music Garden……..holds 400 – 650
Cafe……..holds 40 – 50
The Ellington Exhibit Room (for walk-through traffic only) holds 150 – 200
The entire facility is also available, including a large festival ground area across the street with plenty of FREE parking, and easy limo and bus access.
Chairs, table and tents are not included in the rental fees.
Catering is available on site, or you can bring your own caterer (a small service fee applies to outside caterers).
We can assist in acquiring chairs, tables, etc., along with any event production and/or entertainment you may need.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date for your party or event.
